Within the space of a week I needed to place 3 orders with Infocus, each requiring delivery at very short notice. They were all dealt with by friendly and professional members of the team, and the two items that were couriered arrived exactly as ordered and on time.
My third item was an emergency replacement badge printer, and the team went way above and beyond the call of duty to drive it to me personally within 3 hours as a courier was not available to deliver when I needed.
