Refurbished Datamax E-Class™ Mark II E-4205e 203 DPI Direct / Thermal Transfer Printer

The E-Class Mark II E-4205e printer is more than a shipping or address label printer; it is exclusively designed to dependably print on the tough, durable materials needed in many applications. Whether the E-4205e is printing crystal clear and durable jewelry tags or high resolution tough product serial labels, it gives what is usually expected from much more expensive printers. The printer is dependable and cost-effective that many large and small businesses around the world rely on it for all their barcode label and tagging needs.

    Features & Benefits:

    • Label peeler separates the label from the liner, which makes it perfect for use in semi-automated operations like manufacturing product identification, shipment labeling, and inventory identification; use with a present sensor to automate dispensing
    • Field installable options like cutters, present sensors, and thermal transfer can be added effortlessly to upgrade a base printer
    • Adjustable media sensor option widens the printing capabilities with movable index sensors to print on the oddest shaped labels or tags with non-standard shapes and oddly placed index marks or backside printing
    • Printhead adjustment dial controls the amount of pressure the printhead applies to the printable media to ensure the highest possible print quality on narrow to wide media
    • Communications galore. The E-Class Mark II is the leader in the desktop printer market with the most communications ports in one product: serial, parallel, and USB come standard
    • One-of-a-kind print mechanism designed to print on thick materials and correct material curvature due to being wound on a roll
    • Two colors to chose from - cool grey or warm white
    • Small footprint to fit on any desktop or counter and open more work space

      Applications:

    • Manufacturing: work-in-process, product ID/serial numbers, packaging labels, receiving/ put-away labeling
    • Transportation & Logistics: order picking/packing, shipping/receiving, cross-docking, compliance labeling
    • Healthcare: orders, specimen labels, asset-tracking, unit-of-use labeling
    • Retail: shelf-labeling, shipping, returns, item tags
    • Government: asset-tracking, logistics labeling, warehousing

*Physical damage to printheads, data and power ports is not included. For continued printhead cover a cleaning cycle will need to be performed on the printer at least every 1000 cards printed. This information is stored digitally in each printer and cannot be disputed. Should a data port be physically damaged (such as a USB port) on the printer’s PCB (usually the mainboard), we will attempt to repair the PCB free of charge. In some occasions though, the PCB may be damaged past repair, in which case we reserve the right to charge for a new PCB.
