We are the only refurbished specialist in Europe backed by the manufacturers, we can offer both new and refurbished parts for most printer models

Inspection and diagnostic fee:

£85 for DTC (direct to card) printers.

£135 for re-transfer and laminating printers.

The inspection can often be the hardest part of the repair as we have to find the fault with the unit, which can often mean changing numerous parts before we can update you with full costings of the repair. Our standard inspection time is 3-5 working days.

The inspection consists of:

• Fault finding
• Upgrading firmware
• Mandatory internal cleaning cycle

Level 1 Service:

£125 for DTC (direct to card) printers.

£175 for re-transfer and laminating printers.

If a service package is chosen, the inspection and diagnostics service is not charged.

The Level 1 service includes basic cleaning, lubrication, labour and some of the following parts 

• Small motors
• Cogs and pulleys
• Belts
• Screws
• Some sensors

These may be refurbished parts, will be as-new and come with the same 3-month warranty as new parts. If we do not hold stock of refurbished parts, then new parts prices will be quoted. Most new parts typically take 1-2 weeks to be sent to us by the manufacturers. You may choose for us to use only new parts, for which we will quote accordingly..

Level 2 Service:

£175 for DTC (direct to card) printers.

£225 for re-transfer and laminating printers.

 The level 2 service covers everything in the level 1 service and the following:

• Some circuit board repairs such as USB replacement, reflowing and soldering existing connections
• Replacement/repair of some daughterboards
• Rollers

Level 3 Service:

£300+ for DTC (direct to card) printers.

£400+ for re-transfer and laminating printers.

 The level 3 service covers everything in the level 2 service and the following:

• Some printhead replacements
• Some mainboard replacements
• Advanced internal and external clean

Cleaning packages are priced at the below. Includes basic service

• Advanced internal cleaning is priced at £125
• Advanced external cleaning is priced at £150
• If you would like both then the price is £250

We will only replace the part under warranty if we deem that it has not been physically broken, all repairs are return to base and delivery and re-boxing fees may be applicable.

Standard turn around time is 3 working days after inspection, for level 3 services this may take longer. Please call for exact lead times.
